HOW TO CHARTER A BOAT FROM KEY WEST, FLORIDA, TO THE DRY TORTUGAS IN LESS THAN 3 MINUTES.
Between 25 and 75 miles west of our little island of Key West lies the
areas known as the Marquesas and the Dry Tortugas National Park. The
Park itself is seven islands and about 100 square miles of open
beautiful blue water.
Besides the uniqueness of the pre-Civil War
Fort (Fort Jefferson), that was built on an island in the middle of the
ocean, the area is host to some of the most amazing fishing you will
ever encounter.
Whether your choice is to search for grouper,
scamp, or yellow mouth, or whether you want to hunt for various kinds of
snapper like red, mutton, cubera, etc., you will be pleased at the
offerings these waters hold.
Off shore trolling is another
common option, as well as fishing the deep ledges and drops, reefs and
even the occasional ship wreck.
Since it does take a few hours to
get out there, our most popular excursion is one of our overnight
trips, but we can also do multiple days. Go head and fill out the form
to the right and give us your preferences and will have somebody get
back to you so that we can plan the perfect trip for you.
